I honestly don't even wanna talk about it as an adaptation because it's so disappointingly surface level and watered down especially compared to the book. I think it's a slightly better than average generic sci fi movie with a cool third act and that's kinda it

Didn't hate it, oscar isaac and natalie portman are great in it and their scenes together are kinda the best parts of movie before we get to zombie bear......it's just so boring until the third act which I did like but. Was it worth it

I finished this the other day and holyyyy shit im so glad I just bought the whole series at once

Haven't posted one of these in a while but I started annihilation today :)

First saw it in high school and it changed the way I thought about movies, so I watched it tonight for the first time since then hoping I could get more out of it now and boy did I. Easily a favorite of mine

For some reason I just really havent been watching movies for like the past few years or so.......I think I just felt I didnt have the time or attention to get as invested as I should but I watched a few horror movies this past week and its reignited my love for movies :)
