I think guinea pigs are so cute.

I've been trying to at least put myself on track to feeling better. I get up and get myself dressed in the morning and do my skincare and makeup to try and make myself feel good. I go outside and take walks sometimes and try to give myself a break from screens.

Lately I haven't been interested in things like I used to be. I don't get excited about my fandoms, or my ships, or my favorite characters like I used to. It's hard to get things to spark joy.

I'm sort of just journaling here. It is nice to get these thoughts out, whether or not somebody will read them.

I feel like the last few years have been a blur. I've been depressed and withdrawn and stressed and very out of the loop on a lot of things. I've been sort of isolating myself. I think I have been living in a mass dissociative state for a long time.

I haven't really been on Twitter in a while and most of the people I follow have probably moved on to other sites or otherwise gone inactive because of the hellscape that Twitter has become.

I've been self conscious about posting on social media. Sometimes I want to share my thoughts but then I get embarrassed about it being out there. I delete a lot of my text posts after I make them.
