Surely THIS is the most important #RNA conference of the year?!?!? In beautiful oxford!

That's amazing!! I used to "play" that game with my grandad many years ago

Love me a supplementary mass spec excel spreadsheet! Had a look at the ARS2 IP-MS, su(s) is one of the top hits!! More evidence L searles was right and su(s) is the fly orthologue of ZC3H4

Thanks Kashyap, I hope you enjoyed it! I haven't read through yours yet, Mondays job :)

Thanks Hanneke!! Hope you like it, so many questions remain, very exciting.

I gave an internal seminar the other week and it's amazing to see how far things have progressed in such a short time.

Not interested in Restrictor but like transcription? Then figure 2 is for you! We use Turbo ID to identify factors proximal to RNAPII at different stages of transcription - initiation > pause > elongation. Go give the supp data a poke!

Sequential verification of transcription by Integrator and Restrictor Estell and Łazowski et al. show that Integrator and Restrictor form distinct pathways for early attenuation of RNA polymerase II: Integrator acts at the promoter-proximal pause site, whereas Restricto...

Ding ding! New Restrictor paper out showing that ZC3H4 affects transcription universally at a checkpoint downstream and distinct to Integrator!

The PNUTS phosphatase complex controls transcription pause release Kelley etΒ al. discover that the PNUTS phosphatase complex plays an essential role in gene transcription by controlling RNA polymerase II pause release. PNUTS achieves this through its TND, which recog...

Very excited that our paper describing a critical role for the PNUTS-PP1 phosphatase complex in transcription pause release is up online! This was a massive team effort with @edimitrova.bsky.social and the rest of the @robklose.bsky.social lab www.cell.com/molecular-ce... A short thread: (1/8)
