The beauty of blending! And Mourvedre does complement Syrah particularly well.
Ah the Persia. It is one of only a couple I have actually tasted. Old vines and a touch of Mourvedre. Very nice.

One place where I worked used to charter a plane for the sales staff of a big UK retailer, give them a tour of the vineyard, tasting and a slap up lunch with plenty of wine and send them home happy with half full bottles in their pockets. They didn't do it out of the goodness of their hearts.
