Did you say "Commie" hand prints? As in "Communist?"
Fun fact: I personally know no less than five individuals who have experienced abuse that corroborates what's described in those articles. So, I'm gonna trust my own experiences and the eye-witness accounts of people I know and trust over your cloying !nceI fanboy buffoonery. Sit and spin, bozo. 🖕
What's your favorite emoticon? Mine's this.🖕🖕🖕
I'm familiar with the influence of a certain repugnant chucklephuck (with less than six-degrees-of-separation) through in-person social circles. I'm somewhat less familiar with the Wikipedia articles.
Thanks for clarifying and having a sense of journalistic integrity about it. It's appreciated.
Is that the Zak that got banned from GenCon for raging misogynistic bullshittery and harassment? (And/or various and sundry other antisocial behaviors?)
Is it just me. or is there a touch of inspiration from Brigitte Nielsen in there? Specifically the cheekbones and nose.
Woot! "Window Of Opportunity" is my favorite stand-alone episode too! Whenever I go back to revisit the show, I start with that episode and hop around the seasons until I get nostalgic for a particular story arch.
My runner-up would probably be "The Other Guys"
Have you secretly been commissioned by Mr. Pondsmith? 'Cause these images feel like they were torn out of Cyberpunk 2020 periodicals that lit my brain on fire in the late 80's and early 90's.
Also... Seems like he still could. It's HIS imagination. He can do what he likes. If real facts are all that's stopping him, maybe he has a weak mind.
If something so innocuous reminds him of a "kink" or "something really fucked up"... the problem is on HIS end for 1) cluttering his mind with fucked up things and 2) projecting his BS on to others.
The problem isn't Alice existing. The problem isn't her choice of dress. Dude, the problem is YOU.
This needs to be said every morning…

You misspelled something online? Well, that certainly does change the landscape of this conversation.
This 100% feels like something out of Final Fantasy Tactics. Well done!

I'm curious to see how this gets translated to the small screen *especially* since fans conjured such radically different mental images for Murderbot. I've recommended the series to many people and always circled back to ask what they thought Murderbot looked like. None were the same. Zero.
It's definitely the America Childish Gambino pointed out, though. 100%
If you decide to spend less money on video games and your solution is to smash your PC to pieces, you haven't "saved hundreds of dollars". You've wasted $2000 and destroyed a perfectly useful computer. That's what's happening right now. They're destroying infrastructure and calling it progress.
I also appreciate how Delenn is similarly perplexed but (in later episodes) she starts to comprehend the dumb silliness of non-sequitur humor and how some human humor is rooted in the absurdity of being... whether they're aware of it or not.
What?!?! You don't like Rebo & Zooty? For SHAAAAAME!!! 🤣🤣🤣
A point to consider.
We're still learning, too. The symbolism ran *DEEP* in that 14 minutes. I'm not much of a K-dot fan but even as an ignorant bystander I was impressed with the power, focus, and layers of meaning woven into that performance. I can definitely see how Kendrick won a Pulitzer.
Imagine if they did this monthly, packaged it as a podcast, and released it on YouTube, Reddit, Substack, etc. for free. Its not too late to modernize. Reach the people where the people are. Get them solid information about SUBSTANTIVE action. (Not just ad nauseam emails begging for donations.)
I've already switched my default browser to Firefox. It's not much, but its something.
