50 minutes lying still inside a loud drawer-like machine isn’t for the faint of heart. I wouldn’t be able to do this if my anxiety wasn’t… stable? Under control? What is it? You know you’re not cured, but you’e able to manage it. I definitely kept picturing myself in the ocean while doing the scan.
