I’m all for this change.
But it should have been an open call to the community, initiated months ago. Not 6 days prior.
HCD is important to me. I take pains to plan in advance and ensure I have childcare, that I’m not on deadline, and that I can bring together local artists to draw in community.

I saw a couple people say something like that this morning but I've already started and I'm a creature of habit
