I find people who employ cognitive dissonance to justify moving to a corrupt Dubai to make £££ and avoid tax immensely irritating.

When I was an employer, foreign applicants needed a share code. I entered it online and the gov told me what limitations there were on access to work.
If I wanted to just employ them without going through the process I could have.
