Looks rad! As a habitual snood/fleece-neck-thingy wearer when hiking in winter, I've been pondering getting one of these (and a handmade one in my team's colours would be amazing). I imagine the relatively loose knit helps with (ease of) breathing through it?

Recipe for Nutella-PB-banana ring 1 sheet puff pastry 3 bananas 1 egg Good scoop peanut butter (I use smooth) Good scoop Nutella 1tsp cinnamon 1tsp icing sugar Preheat oven to 200C fan * Unroll pastry on baking tray Spread Nutella horizontally across bottom half Follow with peanut butter Cut ends off bananas Cut each banana into thirds Lay out banana pieces top to tail at bottom edge Score top half of pastry vertically into 1’’ strips Roll up pastry from bottom Turn ends upwards to form ring, stick ends together Whisk egg, brush onto ring Dust liberally with cinnamon Bake for 12-15mins or until golden Melt some Nutella, fill into piping bag, snip tiny bit off the end Going around a few times, drizzle ring with melted Nutella Dust carefully with icing sugar
