that @ colbosch. bsky. social was arrested in June last year for possession of CSAM.
Sharing this info so that others can look into it for themselves and keep themselves safe.
The open contempt that bluesky staff seems to have for is users is frustrating, any sort of concern is met with insular chuckling
Yesterday they were discussing openly how bluesky- which has suffered a lot of glitches in the last month's- is vibecoded by Claude, a rebranded version of chatGPT

The court ruled that a work must have a human creator in order to qualify for copyright.

The recent happenings have given me hope that people out there *do* pay attention & I genuinely hope the person who has copied/traced my work and others will finally wake up to the fact that it’s only a matter of time until you’re being called out. I’ve been hurting for 6 months with no closure.
The more I hear and experience drama in this community and see how y’all treat each other openly and behind the scenes the more I just want to go back to no-interact. I hoped artists had more empathy for their own kind, but give someone a little attention and y’all show your true faces.
I can get past tracing with an actual genuine apology. I cannot condone harassment and literally enabling it.
I also don’t condone Prince’s piss poor treatment of their peers.
If you still support them knowing what they’ve done, feel free to leave my space. Actually, please leave.
Feeling v gross about those that only just now drew a line in the sand with tracing and not me literally having proof of being manipulated and abused as if I didn't matter. It wasn't neutrality. It was enabling.

I also don't get the point of making an awareness post, when the point of it is to spread awareness to those who follow or may not follow Prince.

Talking yourself up while tracing others' art for comms is crazy.
Some people don't even have private messages open, so that wouldn't work.
Would you prefer that I make my own post pinging them all and linking your post in mine? Other wise I don't know what you mean when you say you don't appreciate me pinging with your post in this way.
I'm not doing this out of malice and I'm not hurting anyone.
I would personally want to be told if I was following a tracer that keeps doing the same thing over and over. If they're tracing their own moots art, then what would stop them from tracing mine?
I don't understand not wanting to tell people they're following someone who repeatedly disrespects others.
They're already involved when they followed them, whether they knew so or not. If they're uncomfortable with me pinging them, then they can say so, so that I can unfollow and block them.
