Given all kinds of excuses and reasons why it’s not a big deal

Narrative becomes about Black sensitivity and identity politics

We’re then lectured on how to react to dehumanization

-Put my random thoughts somewhere
-Talk to people when I feel like socializing
-Laugh at shit
-To tap into current news and topics

Intentions are internal. Impact is external.

The one you chose to emphasize over the other says a lot about YOU

The real ableism is excusing the need for accountability because of a disability.
