I think that is fundamentally the argument, but if anything the remedy is wrong anyway- in that case surely the LA should be under an obligation to provide. How it relates to VAT on private schools more generally I see no argument

I couldnβt get it to work for cases, I referenced those manually. Itβs very helpful for secondary sources if you are writing something that uses lots of those (and it does all the cross references for you)
But it doesnβt. The real wealth inequality is those aged 55+, and those who are <30 who your proposals hit the hardest
