The Supreme Court case tomorrow is fundamentally not about gender affirming care, it's about whether or not trans people have any protections under the 14th amendment. A loss in this case would greenlight a torrent of explicitly discriminatory legislation without much, if any judicial recourse.

I see a lot of concern in yuri spaces for male gaze when it comes to basically anything with on page sex and quite honestly I'm more concerned about the opposite. the kind of male gaze that sees women as too pure to even think about hand holding is a much more insidious form of objectification.
