Avg depth 104 cm has yielded 279.1 mm water equivalent. Also some ice underneath that couldn't be cored (maybe another 30-50 mm worth of water).

That's a very good point!
No one wants to directly fight against Russia's illegal war, with only 1.5x the population of Iran, but want to jump right into the illegal war with Iran. Why the difference? Is it simply nuclear weapons? China backing Russia? I honestly want to know.
We're hoping for something similar for Newfoundland as well, given the awful drought we suffered last summer.
So how did the last forced regime changes in the region by military might work out?
I'm very disappointed that we're supporting a war waged illegally by the US president, and the Israeli president. Being 100% against the regime? Sure. But we also need to be 100% against this illegal war waged against Iran by Israel and the US.
