"Yea" is an archaic form of "yes". It rhymes with "nay", an archaic form of "no"; annoyingly, it's not spelled the same way.
"Yay" is an expression of joy, not an affirmative.
"Yeah" also means "yes", but is spelled and pronounced differently!
