Tommy Douglas is as relevant today as ever. Perhaps more so. Tommy Douglas, among other achievements, brought in Universal Health Care in Sask. Now, we watch its slow dismantling because the cats never wanted it in the first place. They fought it then and are slowly privatising it now.
There is no way this will happen unless we get an NDP with the balance of power AND they make the condition upon which they will continue to cooperate.
