I am really confident in my femininity, the idea that a trans woman would threaten my "womanhood" is ridiculous to me. If I was struggling to assert myself as womanly or feminine my whole life I can imagine a world where that turns very bitter and jealous. Just a theory.

I am guessing that is a feature of these women feeling the need fk assert their gender identity by othering trans women. Either because they're insecure in their femininity or they have complex feelings about their own gender they want to separate themselves from (eg JKR).

Finished Bridgerton s4! Overall I think a huge return to form for the show after s3 which I really didn't enjoy. The focus on the working class during the season was always going to appeal to me and it was largely well executed.

I adored Anthony and Kate as a couple but I feel such affection for Benedict and Sophie as their own characters. Yerin Ha is so charming as Sophie.
