I think if it's a guide that warns you that some people can experience decreases in supply from certain supplements then that's good. I'm off supplements for a while now (other than my myriad gym shakes). Pumping regularly was working fine on its own until I bothered with fenugreek.

Well…… I stopped fenugreek yesterday and it looks like we’re back in business. This is the best session I’ve had in 3 weeks or so. It’s still not a lot of milk at all but it’s progress, and it’s not bad progress seeing as I’m also running a big calorie deficit right now too.
