It is vital that any attempts to create policies excluding trans ppl are robustly challenged using Art 8 of the HRA/ECHR. The Equality Act doesn't apply in NI so any attempt to 'implement' the SC ruling is massive overreach & likely to breach the HRA/ECHR. I hope the ECNI guidance will reflect this.

So far, Sinn Feins take on how to handle DfI brief has been to;
- Reallocate funds earmarked for active travel schemes to roads
- Clog up bus lanes with private hire taxi companies, only benefitting two large businesses
- Delay Hill street pedestrianisation, again
