I would like to get my cards printed earlier than the weekend before Christmas, but it never happens. This is laser cut instead of linocut because of the registration involved (it’s two colors) I will hand deliver them to the neighbors today. Happy holidays everyone!

A week ago I did another plein air oil painting session at Aliso Beach in Laguna, and brought @uncommonsage.bsky.social along. That was her first time landscape painting there, my second. Perfect fall beach weather! (1 of 3)

I made a linocut of my neighbor’s house, for his 70th birthday gift. I then water colored the print, and my husband made an oak frame for it. He liked it so much he may have cried a bit 🥹 good neighbors are everything 🏡 #linocut #watercolor #printmaking
