In 2020 I thought there would a wave a now-remote tech workers moving here for the reasons you said plus it’s a nice place to live. But I don’t know if it actually happened to a meaningful degree.

FWIW I think St Mary’s downtown has no student parking but a lot for faculty and staff that’s a full city block. Central Catholic has a, very rough estimate, 10k sq ft parking lot that I’m not sure if students are allowed to use.

A partial answer is they may not have much choice if they’re invested in US stock market index funds. I guess institutional investors are more active than passive but it will bite many people hard since passive indexing is so (rightfully) popular.

As a not consistent dodger much less parry-er, having at least one pumped up build should see you through since you can over level content. I went with machine gun Verso and the other characters were just bonus.
I looks like many of the session musicians on the album got writing credits? If so I think that’s awesome. Makes me wonder what people would say if Brian Wilson gave the Wreaking Crew credits on Good Vibrations.

The game rewards parries but you can do fine just dodging.

Since it’s creation and in most places that serve them today there’s a limit of 2 per day.
E.g. the game is close enough for your 5th goal to be an empty netter.

I saw the touring production recently and it felt more like a concert: 90 minutes, no intermission and not much story. Maybe that’s a good thing at that age but not a representative example of a musical IMO. Is Matilda on?
