EDI isnβt (and shouldnβt be) a box-ticking excerciseβit shapes the questions we ask, the methods we use, and the impact our work has.
Engaging with future researchers on these topics is always inspiring, and I look forward to more conversations on embedding inclusivity into research and practice.
Had a great time at the Royal Society of Chemistry Inclusion and Diversity Forum today, sharing insights and results from the LGBTQual+ project.
It was great to connect with friends and colleagues and discuss the progress weβve made towards inclusion and the challenges ahead of us. @rsc.org
