Part of the reason why I NEVER ask for payment upfront is because I don’t even have a private space to work so there’s long periods of time where I just cannot draw anything

I’ve been seeing a lot of that sort of discussion and like, yeah there are def a lot of people who just straight up scam people out of money but also artists have lives and everything in the world is awful rn

I think one of the genuine fears I have as a comm artist is that someone will get impatient with me not finishing a piece and then grill me on the tl over it lol

All those Discord alternatives that y'all are trying to push (Stoat, Matrix, Fluxer, Root, etc.) will have to comply with this as well if we don't stop this.
