Quite a lot of effort and washing up to achieve something that feels a bit meh 😕 full of good stuff though, so at least it's healthy if not to be repeated.

It's got to be said #KitchenEndeavours looks picture perfect... but my reluctance to boil or even par-boil my gnocchi has come back to haunt me. 👻

The festive finisher 🐔 I'm sure this came from a recipe at some point, but now it's just instinct.

So, #KitchenEndeavours is the last knockings of the chicken in a creamy sauce with mash and sprouts 🙌

If there's a ball out there with your name on it, and you know it'll be along fairly swiftly, might as well have a swing.

But I agree with the underlying point, which is this is too extreme in terms of outcome to be good for the game.

Chicken done perfectly, a slight adjustment on roast potatoes and parsnips plus my ever reliable brussel sprouts with garlic and panchetta.
