Mae ascomycetes yn gallu tyfu mewn llecynnau anhygoel. Roedd gen i ffrind a oedd â math gwahanol o ffwng cwpan oedd yn tyfu ar leinin y carped (oedd bob amser yn wlyb) yn y bŵt yn ei hen gar!

Early spring is a great time to see these fantastically coloured fungi. They are most often found on decaying wood in damp locations.
They belong to a group of fungi known as Ascomycetes.
