Pennsylvanians like Alex deserve healthcare they can rely on. Republicans in Congress want to cut Medicaid and other programs that keep Alex in his community, just so billionaires can get more tax cuts. Pennsylvanians deserve #CareNotCutsPA!

Spent the middle part of the day at Hershey Medical Center for Alex to get a new PEG tube. All went well. New tube is different so I'll have to learn how to administer medicines, but otherwise Alex is A-O-K!!

Stopping NIH funding? Is this retribution as the states that lead the nation in training physicians and in medical research funding are CA, NY, MA, and PA? The president isn't that smart but the hateful people around him are.

In a world of Donald Trumps, be more like Chef Andres, who called for the president to build longer tables, or Bishop of Washington Budde, who called the president to honor the dignity of every human being.
