Lady electricians FTW
Talking with a nutritionist made me realize my food aversions are partly texture issues: stuff that is piece-y and/or mushy. Cottage cheese, fish, mushrooms, eggplant, tofu, crab, etc. (Some of it, too, is generational: A lot of stuff I was made to eat as a kid that I refuse to eat now.)
Meanwhile, not me opening the windows because it's warm when two weeks ago it was snowing.
Have used Airtable for two years with little to no lag, and today -- the week we expand to multiple departments -- it goes down. Huzzah.
