Totally agreed! I like Notion a lot, largely because of its customizability, but it often becomes an additional project like you said. I need something simple. I like Asana but it's intended for teams and I just need it for my own tasks.
Should also mention I just need it for my own use (my non-StoCo work projects). Will keep Notion for my team.
I just want a minimal, friction-free project management app that doesn't bombard me with a bunch of AI features. I keep adjusting my Notion and it's just not hitting the mark. What are people enjoying these days? #productivity #projectmanagement
