we got one of those fancy glass drink dispensers for the backyard. very glad that a friend thought to capture how nice it looks!

We haven’t even planned the honeymoon beyond a small idea yet 😂 We have concepts of a plan of maybe going to St. Lucia. I’ve never done the all inclusive thing before, most of the travel over the past few years involved various degenerates and HeAthens… ;)

it happened. i unpacked the records and VHS tapes from the seating chart/welcome area last night. drive by truckers was mentioned in the toast that my FIL gave, and some of their songs played during the cocktail hour and dinner hour!

Tattoos were given to guests as favors. The artist made a custom flash sheet for the event, with about 40 tattoos. I got the moon face that says “WHERE ARE YOUR FRIENDS?,” based on LCD Soundsystem’s “All My Friends.” Max got his first tattoo on a whim. It is an overlapping smiling and frowning face.

A late night snack of Little Caesers Pizza was delivered around 10 PM. It sits at the sweetheart table, which has flowers in front of it and whiskey barrels behind it.

the wedding that’s been in the plans for nearly 2 years finally happened. lots of music. i walked down the aisle to continuous thunder by japandroids, which i kept a surprise. we chose fav LPs for seating chart @ihavethatonvinyl.com

this week is just a long cycle of packing bags and unpacking bags and packing bags and unpacking bags and repacking bags and so on and so forth (i am getting married on saturday)

so he only gave me 6 pills. that’s okay, we can make due! i took the first yesterday. it did its job, stopped me from spiraling. brought up during therapy tonight how I’m now anxious about taking them, not bc of how they make me feel, but bc what if i take one and then the next panic attack is worse

THIS is being a good doctor. i cannot overstate how much i respect this move. our last appointment was basically structured around how stressed and anxious i’ve been.

my doctor offered me a lorazepam Rx today. just for a while. i have been on various anxiety meds before in the past, but was always nervous to ask to go back on. i’ve just been raw dogging it (well, if raw dogging is effexor, low dose Latuda, propanolol, clonidine, ADHD meds). i am SO relieved

Oooof, what a drag that is! In my experience, Tizanadine can be a lifesaver — Flexeril would turn me straight to jello, though, even with caffeine. Be careful while out in the world today, no more contorting!
