Further out (thinking South Shore outside downtown), there's a Holiday Inn Express that's about $200/night. For $250/night there's a local hotel called Traveler's Rest that's *really* highly rated just a couple blocks from the Holiday Inn.

It's pretty grim already for anything within walking distance. Anything in the block will be gone by lunchtime today. It looks like anything outside the block during the con in the whole downtown area is $300+ per night 😐
