Hm... If am not mistaken by the angle of his eyes, the slight smirk, I feel prawrtty confident that it is most likely a 17" green scaled dinothulhu with alternating blue ridged spiked cresting it's back, with giant bat wings, two pronged tail, and.. hm.. Face with red eyes and tentacle for mouth.
