God this shit is so ugly, just so, so ugly
SCOOP β Body camera footage obtained as a result of my lawsuit against the DC Metropolitan PD confirms DOGE and the Trump administration openly admitted they were entering private property when they raided the building on March 17, 2025. That didn't stop MPD from breaking down the doors.
My report:
LA City Councilβs City President Marqueece Harris-Dawson says he has been pulled over four times while a member of the council; the most recent was this week. He missed a committee meeting because of the stop, according to him.
Among the questions: βhow do you have this vehicle,β according to him.
i am not generally a "go through the hoops to write a comment I don't think will really be read" kind of guy, but for a plan THIS bad, by a guy I hate THIS much... I'll make the exception
Thereβs a growing cottage industry where wealthy criminals pay insiders to lobby President Trump to pardon them. While some call it a perversion of the Constitution, itβs a refreshing source of job creation in an otherwise unsteady economy.
Lmao are you kidding me, this is the headline you link, dawg what??
If this is true, that the Iranian vessel was returning from an international exercise with other countries INCLUDING the United States - and was thus unarmed - & that the US did not make efforts to rescue the crew, that makes Hegseth the "Secretary of War Crimes"

If you took $1 billion and gave it to the endowment of a different small college each day, they could each provide a free college education to several hundred students per year in perpetuity. Instead we are using that money to bomb schools and kill students in Iran, for no clearly stated purpose.
Hospitals.
Corey Lewandowski to begin affair with Markwayne Mullin
Dear Democrats in Congress,
This war is immoral because it has no clear justification. And itβs illegal because you have not authorized it.
To oppose authorizing it but support funding it is incoherent. And that fecklessness is why Trump keeps rolling us.
Grow a damn spine.
An older trailer model of the Belgian transport company Van de Poel was used to hide Iranian missile launchers in Iraq.
So roughly still 6X pre-surge, down from 16X, and planning for 3X long run.
We have spent as much as half of Head Start's total annual budget on this in less than a week.

βNo front-page stories in NYT, WSJ, WaPo. No mention on NBC and CBS Sunday Shows. No stand alone segments on Evening News shows. A death count on par with the OKC bombing is relegated to the back page.β www.columnblog.com/p/corporate-...
I don't think "affair" is the really right term when he was texting a congressional aide explicit messages and she wrote back "this is going too far, boss"
AOC: He impulsively went in on Venezuela. He impulsively went in on Iran. It led to increased global instability and every time heβs done that, it has been consistent with a spike in what is happening with the Epstein files. I think that he feels existentially tied to it.
Senator John Fettermanβs response to @premthakker.bsky.social when asked about the illegal US strike on an Iranian Naval ship in international waters:
βI want to offer condolences to your boss [Mehdi]. I know heβs all broke up about the Ayatollah.β
Raskin: Based on what you know today, were Renee Good and Alex Pretti domestic terrorists?
Noem: What happened was an absolute tragedy.
Raskin: Were they domestic terrorists?
Noem: My condolences to their families
Raskin: You lied about them.
AOC: We already have multiple American service members who are dead for an illegal action that the president has pursued with no plan out. They donβt know why they got into this war. Theyβre talking about a hundred different reasons, and they donβt know how theyβre getting out.
Syngenta just announced it's gonna stop producing paraquat, which I thought was a throwback to '70s Mexican weed before learning that US growers still use it. Syngenta, btw, was the subject of a wild story with one of my favorite headlines. See addendum to this post.

Sen Tim Sheehy (R-Montana) badly breaking the arm of a Marine veteran protesting the war Iran.
Horrifying. Jesus Lord in heaven.
NEW: When asked if top aide Corey Lewandowski has βa role in approving contracts,β DHS Secretary Kristi Noem replied, βNo.β
But internal DHS records contradict her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The President just announced that the United States government will provide insurance and U.S. Navy escorts for oil tankers in the Middle East after causing a regional crisis by going to war with Iran.
Very few, if any, of these tankers are coming to the United States.
This moron has no idea how much of a third rail this is. If he goes through with a public fight with Dunkin he will never live this down. In the words of my people "fuck ya motha."
Garcia: "I want to just show this image here. This is an image of some kids, including one of Liam Ramos's classmates. These are kids that are being held at detention facilities."
A US submarine sinking a lonely, dinky Iranian surface ship an ocean away from the theater of the main conflictβand 9000
miles from North Americaβmakes it pretty clear the US is fighting a general war, without the declaration required by the Constitution. www.reuters.com/world/asia-p...
All I can think about is Jeff Bezos saying that he slashed jobs at the Washington Post β including those of foreign correspondents in the Middle East β based on "the data," and a few weeks later a whole war breaks out in the Middle East that these laid off folks would have covered as true experts.
