Neptune is definitely magnifying this effect, but I feel like the sign opposite the sign that Saturn currently inhabits can sometimes have an even harder time with the transit.

I knew this biorhythm physical low was coming up, so I got a lot of sleep this past weekend. I am also doing more chicken broth w/ jalapeño slices right now.
Knowing my physical cycle has always helped me to manage my rest/activity balance and physical health, but now that I am 61, it is precious.❤️
