It was a really great day with a close friend of mine, right after a difficult phase for me. So yeah, I felt very happy to be there, so carefree and liberated.

I walked through the forest to the beach and stopped to take in the view, a wonderful vista, and reminded myself that the time I spend on myself is not an idle indulgence but a reconnection with my true nature. Pause and reflect, a worthwhile thing to do.

Never lose your inner child! It’s the part of us that protects our joy, and reminds us that life is meant to be felt, not just managed.
As kids we would help on the farm by climbing the avocado trees to pick the fruit that was out of reach. Now we have machines that are more efficient (but less fun) to get us up into the canopy. I much preferred the natural way of doing it. Perhaps that's why I still like climbing trees so much.

It does indeed. Most people feel a strong wave of anxiety around the idea of being seen nude, until they do it a few times, and allow themselves to enjoy it. I believe that's one of the main reasons why there's not so many people giving it a shot. But in my experience the ones that do, stick to it.

Yes, the human body can be sensual and exciting. It can also be nothing more than a mundane and innocent vessel to experience the world. People have understood this since people have existed. Why have we lost this nuance, and regressed into black and white thinking?
People tend to think in ultimates. It makes it easier for the individual in the short term, but creates a lot of problems in the long run. I believe it is our duty to keep showing the fallacy of this separation.
