Since everyone liked my last leftovers ramen post, here’s my Buldak sweet corn ramen with onions, green beans, cauliflower, corn, and Lao Gan Ma!

None of it is scratch made- I got the smoked brisket from my local grocery, used Shin black bone broth ramen, frozen dumplings, broccoli, and green beans, diced onions, and dried lions mane mushrooms from the Asian market. I cover it when heating in the microwave (I’m impatient) and top w/Lao Gan Ma
