Yes. I arrive late on 28 Mai and stay for the XP2025 conference until I take a train to Vienna on 7 Juni. I’m excited about a ~8 hour ride through the Alps and onward in a first class window seat. 🥹

It’s both exciting and difficult to believe that I’ll be in Brugg-Windisch Switzerland next week this time. Possibly exploring the area, probably still putting final polish on the workshop I’ll host on Monday, 2 June at #XP2025 xpconference.org

Whew! I’m daunted and excited. Traveling to Europe for 8 weeks. 28 May to July 23. Attending five conferences, facilitating 5 workshops (½ & full day), & have ~16 unplanned weekdays scattered throughout. Open to plan events, workshops, AMAs, retro circles for leaders, etc. LMK what you’d like!

In my career, I have encountered people like Elon Musk. People who are bad at the job & think facts are a distraction from their “genius” intellects.

I always hope for a redemption arc, but I have only seen it happen when they aren’t allowed to do more harm.
