It feels like a return to the (much needed) budget Macs. My first Mac was an iBook G4 in 2006. I paid around £700 for that, if my memory serves me correctly. It wasn’t the most powerful of laptops, but OSX Leopard (and later Snow Leopard) combined with iLife made up for that.
