The thought bubble over his head shows that he's thinking of the blur spirit, who's frowning. Blurred out in the background is Zuko/Lee, pouring tea and looking at him. "Lol" Katara says off screen. The second panel is identical, except this time, Sokka's blurred out and the focus is on Zuko, who looks panicked and stressed out, sweating. The tea he's pouring is overflowing onto the table and the patron raises their hand to stop him.
