I’m overdue some fanfic related smut….
In between writing projects, I’ve been having fun creating collages of my favourite fictional men on the app InShot. I find doing little projects like this really help when I’m stuck with my writing.
Haven’t fully looked into if that’s for both younger students AND mature learners; or just the young’uns. But I’m going to start maybe pulling together a writing portfolio.
I’ve been nosing at doing an English & Creative Writing degree at Portsmouth University again. I’ve noticed that they ask for a portfolio as part of the application process.
Just me sat here, crying over fictional men. So I decided to make some moodboard collage things on InShot - because that’s what one does when they get sad of fictional characters. Maybe I’ll share them when I’m done making them. But right now, I really ought to go to bed.
I’m still not quite sure how it all works, you know. I could spend months, sometimes years, working on a fanfiction & it pretty much flops. But some dumb ass smut that took, like, 2 days gets thousands of hits and hundreds of kudos…. Can someone make it makes sense!! 😭

Well, as I just can’t get my brain to write Star Wars or RPF, I’ll just start on my new Star Trek project. I’ve also moved my Ghostbusters fic and big ass crossover fic files onto my Mac. Maybe I just needed new fandoms to play with for a while.

It’s an old fic that was at 40 plus chapters when I stopped writing it and removed it from AO3. Once I’ve had my holiday this coming week, I might read through what I wrote and decide from there.
I’m honestly thinking about going back to an old WWE wrestling fic and completely rewriting it. Ever since WWE went onto Netflix, I’ve noticed an interest for wrestling related books and fic on the smutty book groups I’m part of, on the Facebook. I shall see what happens…
On top of job hunting bullshit, I’ve just found out that a supposed “friend” is (or has been) in Portsmouth and didn’t even say a word to me about it. I only noticed due to a Instagram reel she posted. Like, wow 😮 Thanks for essentially telling me you couldn’t give two shits about me.
Six rejections in one day… the joy of trying to find a job. I’m wasting my time and energy at this point. I’m honestly done and over it. I’m legit not going to bother with serious job hunting.
I’ve applied for 132 job positions since May… I’ve had zero interviews. It’s so tiring and makes me wonder what the point is 😥
