1960s Australian magazine article titled "Doctor In Space" about the "Doctor Who" story "The Web Planet". The brief text is illustrated with three photographs, two showing ant and butterfly-styled alien creatures, and a third showing a smartly dressed 47 year-old man, the Australian writer of the serial, Bill Strutton.

Roger Bolton - Television And Film Music, 1991-1994 View credits, reviews, tracks and shop for the CD release of "Television And Film Music, 1991-1994" on Discogs.

There's also an arrangement - apparently for The Money Programme - by Roger Bolton (but not THAT Roger Bolton, confusingly), on this album... not sure where it fits in (if at all)...

Changes to the BBC’s Written Archives Centre threaten open research – and might infringe on the broadcaster’s charter The broadcasting history preserved by the WAC features innumerable strands of our social, political and cultural histories.

My contribution to The Conversation about the changes at the BBC Written Archives Centre which now fundamentally restrict the possibilities for independent and exploratory research.

I recognise the location for the sequence with the pretty girl: it's the 19th century village pump at Ickenham (near Ruislip). The garage might be the one that's nearby.

I wonder if Cleese ever appeared as Basil in the Video Arts training films.

Has anyone catalogued those films? I've only seen a couple, but they seem to have featured some notable performers. If nothing else it's probably professional work that doesn't seem to have been documented adequately.
