The rent for our shitty 1 BR ADU in one of the shittiest neighborhoods in LA was just raised by 6%.
It has been raised every year since 2023.
I assumed once Trump got elected, things would be more affordable. When does that kick in?

“Lone Fish” — one of my all-time favorite photographs, and it was taken with an iPhone 5s years ago on Jekyll Island in Georgia.
