Milli loves the Homestar Runner. He is a terrific athlete. She asks "So the Strongest Man in the World was determined by lifting ...grapes?" Homestar replies "Wight, wight. They were WEALLY big gwapes though! ...and seedless!" The words "Cool tapes" are written on the wall behind them.

I think Milli could lift like... At least 15 grapes.

Important-ish side note to all this btw:

Every time I've actually seen genuine misconceptions about fictional character body types in relation to actual real-life ones, it's been on the audience end, not the artist. Any artist worth their salt is well aware when they're exaggerating for fun.
