Oh my god, that is horrendous and telling wtf is going on? It’s like the training of these specialists is just so patchy and this is what we get. I got a lot of my specialist knowledge on my own because I had moral revulsion at practices at my school. So I answered my question.

Oh my god yes! I worked for 20 years in early childhood ASD children with specialists and the knowledge is fragmented. And competing too.
I used to look at MRIs to help me understand ASD as my brother is developmentally disabled by it. But our brains are so complex to understand! And I’m not a neurologist. I found Descarte’s Error helpful for understanding consciousness. Now I understand physically how entwined this all is. 💜
