Finally got my Analogue 3D set up and launched Ocarina of Time and hot damn this is rad as hell.
Increasingly ICE seems to be sending single cars (lots of Subarus) with one agent (some women) to sit in various neighborhood all days. There’s also a belief some may be ICE-contracted bounty hunter types. They’re not as noticeable and it’s not clear what they’re casing, but they’re really lurking.

You bake in the oven low and slow at 250 degrees to get up to temp (40-60 mins depending on how you like it) and then you finish it by searing each side in a ripping hot cast iron skillet 1-2 mins to get a nice crust on it.
