The ruling comes right on time for musicians and businesses to start planning for the Alaska Folk Festival in April.
It is kind of crazy that Alaska has more athletes in the winter Olympics than entire countries. And not just warm weather countries! There are more Olympians just from Anchorage than the Icelandic Olympic Team, despite Iceland have a larger population than Anchorage.
