AOC: The Pentagon has not passed an audit, and they are out here trying to kick people with disabilities off of Medicaid. It is corruption that is stealing from the public coffers β and that is the actual waste, fraud, and abuse.

It doesnβt seem Trump will βwinβ this war, and meanwhile he has CRUSHED the economy, with reports that people are screaming about gas prices in the White House. Look for Trump to back off as he fears total destruction in November, of course insisting that βwe won the war.β
This raises the obvious question of what kind of thing the Trump admin might need the National Transportation Safety Board to do that a conscientious Board member would reject.

Trump's Disastrous New War Spirals Out Of Control

When are we going to get the results of the Pentagon investigating itself on whether they bombed a girls school while using AI?
Vance: "βIf you're worried about the world spinning out of control, if you're worried about a military draft, if you're worried about, God forbid, a world war, the best way to prevent it is to vote for Donald Trump."
Yeah, good luck trying to convince the majority of Americans that the party who doesnβt control the presidency, senate or house is responsible for airport delays. Maybe you can give them a class on the filibuster then explain why their ICE reform request is unreasonable.
Trump says the oil spike is a βvery small price to payβ for peace.
Weβll see if the Japanese agree. π―π΅

New β My case for why itβs not enough to call this βTrumpβs warβ when violence abroad implicates us all, and how we donβt need hindsight to know that unequivocally opposing this war will be the correct (and only morally defensible) choice:
Literally everything the Heritage Foundation suggests is nauseating
βThe stateβs proposed βtrigger laws,β β¦are direct challenges to Plyler v. Doe, a narrowly decided 1982 Supreme Court case that enshrined the right to a free Kβ12 public education regardless of immigration status.β
Itβs been downhill ever since

On behalf of Democratic candidates everywhere in 2026, I hereby request maximum TV appearances over the next several months from Lindsey Graham to discuss foreign policy, and even more from Stephen Miller to talk about his domestic policy agenda.

I'd like to humbly propose that Trump finance this war personally, preferably with Kushner and Witkoff. For my part, I would even be willing to forego 10% of my tariff refund if he did.
Doug Burgum: "On Friday, there was $100 million of gold that came from Venezuela to the United States. Venezuela's got $500 billion of resources of gold."
The difference between the spike in global oil prices now versus 2022 is that this time the US president single-handedly caused it to happen overnight with a policy while accepting no responsibility, while the US president in 2022 was blamed for it even though he didnβt cause it.

The response when progressive policies that help millions of people are proposed...
"How will you pay for it?"
The response when the richest 1% ask for tax cuts, or banks ask for bailouts, or defense contractors ask for more contracts...
"How much do you need?"
It doesn't have to be this way.
History will remember Fox News as a propaganda network that chose lies over democracy, that red hat will always mean ignorance and destruction, & βPatriotβ will now mean the people who believe in nothing but rage and grievance. Trump is the worst thing that America ever produced
The military draft comment from Leavitt feels like a trial balloon.
If there's enough outcry, Trump denies it and Leavitt falls on her sword for "misspeaking."
If there's not, Trump and Hegseth bring it up casually and slowly push. For example, Trump may "joke" about it as a next step.

@sanders.senate.gov: "Trump is a pathological liar. He will say anything at any time to serve his own purposes... He says he's for affordability but he gives tax breaks to the rich, sees healthcare costs soar, groceries soar, gas prices soar, etc."

What an honor to receive @hrc.orgβs 2026 Ally for Equality award at HRC South Floridaβs annual dinner.
Silence is not civility. Silence is complicity. As an ally, we must be louder because progress has never come from silence.
These times demand the courage to stand up & fight back for equality.
