I've got two strategies! One is to just hold my nose shut while I sneeze, and the other is to shut my sinuses in the back like I'm going underwater? I can't actually explain where the sneeze "goes", it just... mostly dissipates somehow?? Sometimes one slips by tho and it's like being punched lmao
