It's a very strange spot to be put in and I never know what to say back to it. I get it's supposed to be a compliment but it's a bleed from character to a real person and if someone said that to /me/ there'd be a big problem. You put it very well here.

It took months to figure out how to break the curse and it ended up being someone's very spicy dark iron warlock to do it. Super cool rp, lots of development and it forced him to kind of value his life a bit more, even if it was just for the sake of those he's close to.
He replaced his horn with a crystal that he carved himself and now just keeps it like that- easier to get up close and personal with his new partner- and the wing he regrew via consuming a fel bat.
And then he got smacked upside the head more recently with a manari hammer. He loathes them atp
Nari went through a lot last year. A manari and a warlock in a friends plot 2v1'd him and he ended up with his charhound dead and a horn and wing ripped off. The manari was wearing his wing as a cape afterward. The warlock in that plot also cursed him with something he was certain he'd die of.

The best was playing death rolls mixed with truth and dare instead of playing for gold and laughing his ass off. Haven't written that character laughing like that in the past 7 or so years.

He's kind of a dumbass. But also blatantly shoved into the tradition>anything new ever role and... yeah he needed a reality check a few times. I haven't done much of the side quests so far but I wasn't sad to not see as much of him as the msq went on
