Iran war: Israel launches more attacks on Tehran, Beirut Israel has said it struck targets in Lebanon and Iran as the war in the Middle East enters its seventh day. The attacks were part of a "broad" new wave of strikes on the Iranian capital, Israel said. ...

One problem with calling it the Iran war is obscuring what Israel is doing to Lebanon, Syria, and Gaza.

There is such an easy route that Uni's are failing to take. Lead with culture change. Stop spamming us about the new software and partnerships. Stop the endless workshops in the teaching and learning centers. Start talking about what learning is and when these products help or hurt this process.

The Genocide in Palestine is Powered by Zionism, Not “AI” We keep hearing that Israel’s genocide in Gaza is “AI-powered.” Many pundits are warning that this marks a new era in warfare, the first time that “automated” war has been waged.

> if Henry Kissinger (who rebranded himself as an “AI expert” late in life) were still alive, he’d be a keynote speaker in these “responsible AI for war” conferences.

when it produces a list of permissible targets, its value is not producing targets but producing permission

Why the US and Israel are attacking Iran Iranian foreign minister Abbas Araghchi explains the real reason the US and Israel are targeting Iran: “This is a doctrine of domination... It is the enforcement of permanent inequality”

Gaza is a moral test, wrote @marioricciardi.bsky.social

Now, with the attack on Iran, we are seeing the result of failing that test: "the transformation of the world into a place where the law is replaced by force" and "the enforcement of permanent inequality":
