Judge Gion was not qualified to hear this case & the jury (which should’ve been dismissed) admitted to bias against Greenpeace. Forcing this case to be heard in Mandan over GP’s objections was outrageous

Correction: the trial monitors are pro-justice, pro-fairness, and anti-SLAPP. I wish this article mentioned that the vast majority of the jury admitted to ties to the fossil fuel industry or bias against environmentalists. Or maybe mention these charges were thrown out of federal court first?
